At MIRV, We uphold strict quality standards for every order. As a result, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

 

Returns And Replacements 

 a replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

   . You receive a damaged or leaking product.

   . You receive the wrong product.

Claim process

to request a replacement

  . contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  . provide a clear unboxing video along with photos of the product and packaging

  . Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Once your request has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 Non-Returnable items 

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  . Opened or used perfumes

  . Orders placed due to a change of mind.

  . Fragrance preference or personal liking/disliking.

  . Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
